What type of organizations can join the league?

We are interested in any community or school-based youth basketball organizations. The CPYBL offers multiple levels of recreational and athletic play for boys and girls ranging from 2nd grade through 12th grade. The expectation is that recreational teams will be assembled via a draft process and an athletic team will be hand-picked based on some type of tryout or evaluation process.
